Draft realistic sales support case studies and scenarios, covering areas like lead management, CRM usage, customer engagement, order processing, and sales analytics. Assess AI reasoning around sales processes, client communications, objection handling, and follow-up best practices. Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified logic in AI outputs. Create scenario variations from the perspective of different sales stakeholders, such as support specialists, sales reps, managers, and clients. In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world sales support standards, workflows, and practices.
