You'll be the design counterpart for both — the only person holding the full Clasp Talent experience in your head, making sure a student who discovers Clasp, signs an offer, becomes an employee, and receives their first repayment feels like they're using one product, not four.. You'll design, prototype, and ship alongside Product and Engineering across consumer acquisition flows, recruiter platforms, employee benefits experiences, and employer admin tooling — moving fluidly between marketing-adjacent surfaces and operations-heavy fintech workflows.
