Brand Manager. is responsible for maintaining the organization’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives developed through communicating with company executives and marketing personnel. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and creating campaigns that reinforce the organization’s overall branding and desired image through an omnichannel strategy. Responsible for researching industry trends and understanding public perceptions. . What you will do:. Develops custom marketing and advertising strategies. Manages relationships with outside agencies (consumer research, creative, brand strategy). Works closely with Content, Social, Email, & Video functional leaders . Creates and manages campaigns that attract the target audience and drive conversion. Reviews and approves creative & social content to ensure brand consistency. Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights. Shapes and communicates our vision and mission. Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. Actively monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities. Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions. Devises innovative growth strategies. Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
