Smalls is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sr. Growth Manager, Performance Creative to lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels, with a sharp focus on paid social and acquisition marketing. This role will sit at the intersection of creative, data, and media—building out high-impact, testable campaigns that accelerate new customer growth and optimize acquisition metrics like LTV/CAC.. Your role will span across performance marketing strategy for Meta, as well as cross-channel creative strategy. As a leader on our Marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth systems and strategy and work very closely with marketers, designers, copywriters, video editors, analytics, and product, to bring your work to life.. What You’ll Do:. Develop and own a creative testing roadmap focused on performance KPIs: new customer acquisition, CAC, LTV.. Lead cross-functional brainstorms and generate breakthrough creative ideas rooted in customer insights and platform trends.. Write performance-oriented creative briefs that balance brand voice with direct-response best practices.. Oversee the growth creative budget, and allocate across internal development & external agencies.. Partner closely with channel managers and media buyers to develop and launch high-performing creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.. Collaborate with a dedicated Growth Creative pod that spans across copy, design, and video creation & editing to bring ideas to life.. Take full ownership of Meta creative strategy—understanding what drives performance, iterating on messaging and formats, and unlocking new audiences.. Support the development of paid assets across additional performance channels like display, programmatic, and lifecycle marketing.. Use performance data to inform creative decisions and prioritize iterations.. Analyze asset performance across Meta and other platforms to uncover creative insights and test hypotheses.. Act as a strategic partner to creative, brand, and acquisition teams—ensuring creative direction aligns with both performance and brand equity goals.. Brief and manage internal designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency partners.. Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to keep Smalls at the cutting edge of DTC marketing.. What We’ll Love About You:. Performance-first marketer with 5+ years experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, or paid media, preferably in a DTC or consumer subscription business.. Hands-on channel expertise, particularly in Meta with proven track record driving growth, and an understanding of audience segmentation, ad formats, creative best practices, and platform-specific KPIs.. Creative strategist at heart who knows how to turn insights into concepts that perform, especially in the context of direct response.. Data-savvy and curious, comfortable interpreting dashboards and partnering with analytics to optimize performance.. Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to brief creatives, work closely with media buyers, and present confidently to leadership..
