Our Member Growth team sits within the wider marketing team as a core part of how we acquire prospects and convert them to Members. You’ll work closely with our existing Member team and Operations who are based in the UK. The wider marketing team is based in the US / remote and will be fully supporting you with this new and very exciting role in the US!. The role. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to manage the pipeline for an exciting campaign, acting as the main point of contact for prospects and guiding them seamlessly through each stage of their journey — from initial enquiry to becoming a Gaia Member. Feedback learnings and insight from prospect communication to develop our product offering and optimize our automations and outreach. Act as a point of contact for clinic staff at your assigned clinics. Your responsibilities. You’ll be representing our Advocate team working on this very exciting growth project!. Work with the growth team to share insights on optimizing the prospect experience. Manage all communication with Prospects via calls and email. Understand and discuss insurance and finance options for fertility treatment, the fertility journey, and how Gaia fits into this. Become the expert on your assigned partner clinics and work with them to introduce prospects and receive referrals. Effectively carry out processes to track prospects and share data with clinics and the rest of the team. Identify opportunities for increasing our sales pipeline to drive overall Member growth. You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you. Previous experience working in fertility is . required. Are empathetic and deeply care about our Members - the IVF experience is incredibly stressful and empathy for what they are going through is a must. Experience in a Finance / Patient Coordinator role for a clinic - you’ll need to have a good understanding of the healthcare insurance/financing landscape and the different options available for Prospects, as well as being comfortable talking through the journey. You are a self-starter - you’ll be working as part of a small team in the US, but also a specific growth project, so we’ll be looking to you to help set us up for success. Strong interpersonal skills - you’ll constantly be communicating with patients, clinic staff and the rest of our company. Location. NYC. Salary & Benefits.
