We're looking for an integrated marketing leader who will spearhead our marketing strategy, collaborating with our executive team to drive a company rebrand and oversee future app launches.. Create, lead and unify our marketing function, including growth, social media, content marketing, and product marketing, into a cohesive, high-performing team; elevating marketing to the next level as a critical member of our broader leadership team. Develop and execute on a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our goals and maximizes brand impact; partner and collaborate closely with our COO and founder on business initiatives and broader business goals. Establish a centralized marketing calendar and ensure cross-functional alignment across all teams. Build a creative function or studio supporting marketing. Develop and communicate a compelling brand point of view and narrative, building upon our success to date, that drives awareness, engagement, and deepens customer connections, enhancing brand equity through our next phase of growth. Develop a data-driven acquisition strategy to optimize blended CPA across all apps. Identify and scale new acquisition channels including social media, influencer marketing, TV, SEO, and performance marketing. Implement conversion optimization strategies to increase efficiency across paid and organic channels. Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across upper and lower funnel channels, establishing core growth channels within your first year to drive business expansion. Leverage industry partnerships to expand brand reach, media presence, and influencer engagement. Assess and optimize the role of agencies in marketing execution, driving higher ROI and operational efficiencies. Operate efficiently within a lean company structure, ensuring agile and cost-effective marketing practices. Collaborate closely with content, product development, and technology teams to ensure brand alignment and cohesion across all touchpoints. Drive content marketing initiatives that educate and engage audiences while reinforcing brand authority. Qualifications: . 15+ years of successful full-stack marketing leadership experience, preferably within consumer technology, health & wellness, or digital subscription businesses. Proven track record in scaling and elevating high-performance marketing teams across multiple disciplines. Experiences defining and executing go-to-market strategies for rebrands, new product launches, or category expansions based on evaluation of market opportunities and growth areas. Experience evaluating and identifying new go-to-market products and services based on market positioning and growth opportunities. Expertise in customer acquisition, with a focus on lowering CAC and blended CPAs through strategic channel optimization. Deep understanding of SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and paid media strategies for high-growth brands. Proven ability to craft and articulate a cohesive narrative that seamlessly connects the brand’s identity with its products, enhancing customer engagement and reinforcing the brand’s value proposition. Experience collaborating closely with content, product, and technology teams to provide market insights and customer feedback, shaping product decisions, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand strategy. Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing attribution, performance measurement, and growth optimization. Skilled at scaling both teams and product portfolios, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Experience managing agency relationships and building internal teams that drive scalable growth.
