Job Description. Role. As an . Engineering Manager . in this group, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. You will lead the Finance team responsible for domains like clinic payments, invoices, financial reports, health insurance integrations and others. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director.. We are committed to continuous improvement, open feedback, and working efficiently towards our goals. This role provides an opportunity to . influence the strategic direction of the area. while receiving mentorship and support as needed.. While expertise in specific technologies isn’t required, this is a technical role, and a . solid technical background is essential. to effectively support the teams.. What you will be doing. Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance assessments.. Define and manage the technical vision and strategy for your area.. Ensure accountability for all team initiatives.. Serve as a point of reference for the Leadership team and key stakeholders.. Qualifications. You’re likely a great fit for this role if you. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.. Strong technical background across the SDLC, with the ability to support and unblock your teams in complex technical discussions.. Experience modernizing legacy systems into modern architectures, as well as leading teams’ ways of working..
