We’re looking for an Associate Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking . systemically about brand, consistency, and scale. . This role is for a designer who doesn’t just “make things look good,” but understands how . design decisions ripple across products, platforms, and teams. You’ll help shape client-facing . work and internal Radiance assets while contributing to the evolution of The Source® as a . living design system. . You’ll work closely with founders, strategy, and product to translate high-level direction into . clear, elegant, production-ready design—without needing heavy oversight. . What You’ll Do . ● Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media . ● Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in . Figma . ● Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets . ● Support web design with wireframes and layouts (Webflow build skills a plus, not . required) . ● Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual . narratives . ● Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source® . ● Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews . ● Balance speed and craft—shipping excellent work without over-polish . What You Bring . ● 3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) . ● Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping) . ● Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design . ● Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems . ● Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive . ● Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally . ● Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar) . Bonus Points . ● Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design . ● Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops . ● Experience working inside brand systems or creative platforms . ● Interest in how AI and automation can enhance—not replace—design craft .
