The Business Analyst Manager is a high-level partner for our clients. You will drive success through complex problem-solving and project leadership. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and hands-on results for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. Take full ownership of large strategic projects such as fundraising campaigns, global product launches, and business transformations.. Hands-on Strategic Advisory:. Provide high-level architecture for projects, focusing on market entry strategies, operational optimisation, and strategic financial modelling.. Quality Assurance & Rigour:. Own final deliverables and give feedback, ensuring they meet Gratia’s high standards for depth, accuracy, and visual clarity.. End-to-End Client Management:. Act as the primary point of contact, managing client expectations and ensuring project scopes stay within budget and timeline.. Apprenticeship & Coaching:. Manage, oversee and define scopes of junior analysts, also mentoring them to ensure high-quality delivery.. Proactive Communication:. Drive project momentum by communicating complex findings through clear, honest, and simple updates to all stakeholders.. Must-Have Skills/Experience:. Strategic Leadership:. At least 6 years of experience, with 2 years as a Manager or Senior Manager preferably from MBB, Big 4 or other strategy firm.. Client Engagement:. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and build long-term trusting relationships.. Structured Problem Solving:. Mastery of transforming abstract or messy information into structured, actionable business solutions.. Project Governance:. Mastery of managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams in a remote environment.. Time Zone Alignment:. Ability to work a flexible schedule that ensures a consistent daily overlap with US business hours to drive real-time decision-making.. Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:.
