We're looking for a Senior User Researcher to help equip the Photoroom team with rich, actionable user insights. You'll conduct strategic user research projects with end-to-end ownership, serve as a strategic partner for stakeholders, and help build ReOps systems while collaborating closely with other researchers, product, design, growth.. You will own end-to-end user research for specific strategic objectives at Photoroom. This includes defining research goals and methodology as well as fully executing projects, delivering actionable results, and working with stakeholders to implement findings.. You will work collaboratively within a small, passionate research team, supporting each other’s growth and scaling Photoroom’s user research capabilities.. About You. You have at least 3 years of full-time experience as a user/UX researcher.. You possess strong qualitative research skills, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and qualitative data analysis.. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where research cycles are lean, collaborative, and time-sensitive.. You are a confident storyteller with the courage to challenge assumptions and advocate for user-centered insights.. You have demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify research needs, plan research projects, and closely collaborate on the implementation of findings.. You are passionate about the evolving role of AI in user research and open to integrating AI tools to enhance research quality and efficiency while preserving essential human elements.. Nice to have.
