Responsible for leading the Business Systems team and ensuring the effective operation and optimization of business applications and systems. Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and support of critical business systems.. In This Role, You Will: . System Administration and Maintenance. Oversee the administration and maintenance of key business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Ensure system reliability, performance, and security. Develop and implement system upgrades and patches. Project Management. Lead and manage business systems projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
