Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates. Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment. Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up. Use ATS and sourcing tools to organize and track candidate data efficiently. Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success. ✅ . What We’re Looking For. 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment. Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews. Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to working with both candidates and internal teams. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting. Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be flexible to overlap with PST a few days per week). 💡 .
