If you can make a character feel alive in two seconds of motion, turn a static screen into something that breathes, and make a wrong answer feel okay 😌 — we want to hear from you.. 🎯 What You'll Do. 🐰 Animate game characters — idle loops, reactions, celebrations, transitions, and everything that gives a character personality. ✨ Create UI and feedback animations — screen transitions, correct/incorrect states, progress moments, micro-interactions. 🎮 Upgrade existing rough animations into polished, production-ready motion. 🌟 Design animation that serves learning — making correct answers feel rewarding and wrong answers feel safe to try again. 🎨 Help develop animation style references and motion guidelines for new game projects. 🤖 Explore AI animation tools to accelerate workflows and experiment with new techniques. 🔍 What We're Looking For. ⏱️ Strong grasp of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, squash & stretch, anticipation, follow-through. 🎬 Proficiency in animation software: Adobe Animate, After Effects, Spine, or Rive. 👁️ A keen eye for art direction — you know what looks right, what feels off. 👶 Sensitivity to animating for children: motion that's playful, encouraging, and never punishing. 🎮 Game feel awareness — your animations serve gameplay, not interrupt it. 🏇 Ability to work with minimal guidance — you take a brief and run with it!. ⭐ Nice to Have. 🤖 Experience with AI animation tools or AI-assisted motion workflows. 🖌️ Illustration or character design ability. 📚 Prior experience animating for EdTech, children's products, or 2D games. 🔧 Understanding of animation implementation in game engines (Unity or any web-based framework). 🏢 Internship Details:. 💻 .
