As Data Lead, you will own the data function at Clarity, building the infrastructure, defining key metrics, and empowering business stakeholders to generate the insights needed to drive impact and help us scale. If you have an analytics engineering background, are a quick learner, great communicator, and love solving business problems we want to hear from you! You will need a strong technical background and be comfortable designing and building data pipelines.. About You:. Work effectively with members of the product and engineering teams to prioritize stakeholder needs, identify gaps in our data infrastructure, and resolve those gaps.. Partner with business leaders across the company to unlock their ability to make data-driven decisions by creating responsive analytic solutions to defined stakeholder needs.. Act as a data diplomat to dashboard users and data stakeholders.. Proactively monitor our data health, troubleshoot and resolve data issues.. Develop relationships with stakeholders that inspire confidence and cooperation.. Be a champion for a data-driven culture across the company.. You’ll be successful if you have:. At least 4 years of work experience in a data analytics and engineering role, with a strong technical background. Ideally you’ve held a Staff-level role, but we will consider strong Senior-level candidates.. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), comfortable writing new data pipelines using tools like Cloud Run and Cloud Composer to ingest data into BigQuery.. Ideally, experience as the first data hire at a high-growth company, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.. BA/BS in a quantitative field. While a PhD is not required, we prefer candidates with practical experience in a fast growing organization.. Advanced proficiency in SQL.. Experience building dashboards with a data visualization tool like Looker.. Outstanding written and communication skills, understanding that the outcomes and decisions made with the data are where your real impact will be felt..
