As Data Lead, you will own the data function at Clarity, building the infrastructure, defining key metrics, and empowering business stakeholders to generate the insights needed to drive impact and help us scale. At least 4 years of work experience in a data analytics and engineering role, with a strong technical background. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), comfortable writing new data pipelines using tools like Cloud Run and Cloud Composer to ingest data into BigQuery.. Ideally, experience as the first data hire at a high-growth company, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.. BA/BS in a quantitative field. While a PhD is not required, we prefer candidates with practical experience in a fast growing organization.. Advanced proficiency in SQL..
