We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven . remote Senior SDR Manager. to build, lead, and scale a high-performing Sales Development team. This role is critical to . driving top-of-funnel pipeline. and . fueling overall revenue growth. . Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs. Drive pipeline generation to support Account Executives and Sales Managers. Coach and mentor reps on prospecting, outreach, and conversion strategies. Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity. Establish and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals. Lead pipeline reviews, account planning, and opportunity development. Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and results. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development. Contribute to team culture and act as a brand ambassador. Qualifications:. 5+ years of SaaS sales experience. 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success. Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI-focused environments. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
