For the next 3 months, we need a . creative, get-it-done Instructional Designer. to help us deliver training that sticks.. We work a hybrid schedule, 2 days remote, and 3 days in office. . This role is a temporary assignment of 3 months.. (Our office is located in Phoenix, at the corner of 32nd Street and E Broadway Rd.). ✨ Your Mission. . 🎯 Partner with trainers & SMEs to design high-impact learning experiences . 💻 Build interactive e-learning in . Articulate 360. & create learning paths in . Schoox. . 📄 Develop job aids, quick guides, and videos that simplify complex topics . 🛠 Adapt content for different audiences — from field techs to office staff . ⏱ Manage multiple deliverables and hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality . 🧠 Apply adult learning principles so training actually . changes behavior. 🛠 What You Bring. . ✅ 3+ years of instructional design experience . ✅ Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) — .
