Whippy is seeking a Customer Success Manager who owns post sale customer outcomes end to end. This is not a traditional relationship only CS role.. You will act as the primary owner for your accounts, responsible for onboarding, solution design, AI agent configuration, workflow optimization, and long term expansion. You will work directly with customers to translate business requirements into scalable system designs and ensure Whippy is deeply embedded into their core workflows.. This role blends customer success, solution design, and light technical architecture. You will be expected to reason through ambiguity, recommend the right approach, and take ownership of real business outcomes.. 🌎 . Where You'll Work. This position is open to Remote, LATAM Residents.. Bonus points if you can be hybrid at our office in Buenos Aires, Argentina (WeWork Vicente Lopez).. Full English fluency required. U.S. customer coverage on EST hours. ⚑ What You’ll Do. Become a Whippy Expert. Master the Whippy platform, including AI agents, automations, integrations, and analytics.. Serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers on ROI and workflow optimization.. Own Customer Relationships. Own post-sale customer outcomes across onboarding, adoption, and growth.. Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your accounts.. Design and Deploy AI Solutions. Configure and deploy AI agents across voice, chat, and messaging.. Translate business requirements into scalable system and workflow designs.. Guide customers through ATS and CRM integrations as needed.. Drive Adoption & ROI. Ensure strong adoption of initial deployments and expand usage over time.. Identify opportunities to embed Whippy deeper into core workflows.. Run QBRs / Check-In Meetings. Lead account reviews, optimization discussions, and roadmap alignment.. Identify risks early and drive mitigation to prevent churn.. Identify Growth Opportunities. Surface opportunities for expansion through demonstrated customer success.. Collaborate with leadership on retention and expansion strategy.. 🎯 What We’re Looking For. Experience owning post-sale customer relationships in SaaS.. Strong systems and workflow thinking with technical curiosity.. Ability to design solutions, not just manage relationships..
