As the first dedicated Treasury resource, you will report to the CFO and will design and lead the treasury function, own and manage our structured financing capital markets strategy & operations, and ensure disciplined, scalable cash and liquidity management across the business. We manage an increasingly complex capital structure that includes a warehouse credit facility with top-tier institutional investors and are actively expanding into new capital markets instruments such as securitizations, forward flow arrangements, and/or corporate notes. This role is central to driving our overall treasury strategy and execution.. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization across multiple credit facilities, actively contributing to the expansion of our funding sources in line with our origination growth, primarily of revenue-based financing (RBF), and evolving capital needs. This role requires deep technical knowledge of structured credit in non-traditional lending environments and the ability to build processes, systems, and key investor relationships from the ground up.. In this role you will:. Capital Markets. Own & lead the assessment, structuring, and execution of new capital markets initiatives (e.g., securitizations, forward flow, corporate notes), working closely with executive, legal, finance, risk/analytics, and external partners. Partner with internal stakeholders on daily management and optimization of all facilities, including comprehensive oversight of borrowing base calculations, eligibility testing, collateral file management, and funding operations to maximize funding efficiency. Ensure rigorous compliance with all facility-level requirements, including reporting, covenants, concentration limits, cash traps, and waterfall triggers, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.. Coordinate closely with the Strategy & Finance, Legal, and external advisory and legal counsel teams on new deal execution, amendments to existing facilities, and seamless investor onboarding processes.. Cash & Liquidity Management. Build and maintain granular, product-specific cash forecasting models that reflect the nuances of RBF and other products with similar repayment behavior. Oversee daily treasury operations, including fund disbursement, reserve management, and reconciliation of servicing and remittance activity. Optimize borrowing efficiency and capital deployment strategies across all funding vehicles to support origination targets and minimize funding costs. Infrastructure & Controls. Implement scalable treasury systems, processes, and controls to support high transaction volumes and investor reporting standards. Develop dashboards and analytics to provide real-time visibility into cash flow, funding runway, and facility performance. Establish audit-ready procedures and internal controls over treasury functions, including segregation of duties and compliance documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Serve as a primary point of contact for external capital providers,investors, and related third parties (i.e. rating agencies, administrators, trustees/custodians, etc), managing relationships and due diligence processes. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Risk/Analytics, and Servicing teams to align on capital strategy, data integrity, and financial operations. Support internal and external audits, investor due diligence, and corporate-level reporting on treasury, liquidity, and funding. Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team on capital allocation, complex deal structuring, and long-term capital markets strategy, including exploring new funding avenues.. Role Requirements:. (Even if you don’t check every box, but see yourself contributing, please apply.). 6+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, structured finance, or treasury, with a strong emphasis on debt capital raising within a small business lender, fintech, or specialized lending environment focused on RBF and/or loan products.. Demonstrated deep expertise in a variety of structured credit products, including warehouse facilities, ABS securitizations, and forward flow arrangements, with a comprehensive understanding of eligibility criteria, borrowing base dynamics, waterfall mechanics, and market conventions. Experience managing high-velocity, short-duration receivables and irregular repayment patterns typical of RBF products. Proven track record of managing and expanding relationships with institutional investors, banks, and rating agencies.. Hands-on familiarity with financial and operational data flows from servicing platforms into credit facilities. Advanced modeling, Excel, and reporting skills (SQL and dashboard tools a plus). Exercises extreme attention to detail; is thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation. Self-motivated with strong work ethic, proactivity, desire to learn, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs. Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities.
