Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend systems in a production environment. Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and backend services that integrate with logistics workflows. Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases — designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members across time zones, with core overlap during Pacific business hours. Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. Support CI/CD pipelines and help maintain automated testing coverage. What We're Looking For. Required:. 3+ years of full-stack software development experience delivering production applications. Proficiency with both frontend and backend technologies in a live production environment. Experience building and maintaining REST APIs or similar backend services. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent. Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases. Solid command of Git and version control workflows. Ability to reliably work during Pacific time zone (PT) business hours from India. Nice to Have:.
