Location. Fully Remote | 9 AM - 6 PM EST. Role Overview. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads and converting them into booked sales calls. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients entering through multiple channels and plays a critical role in qualifying, building rapport, and guiding leads into the appropriate sales pathway.. This is a performance-driven role requiring speed, emotional intelligence, and prior experience booking calls for high-ticket coaching or service-based offers, where lead quality and qualification accuracy directly impact revenue.. Key Responsibilities. Lead Engagement & Qualification. Respond to inbound leads in real time across web applications, social media DMs, email, and SMS.. Conduct outbound follow-ups to re-engage warm and cold leads.. Qualify leads through conversational discovery to assess fit, readiness, and urgency.. Book qualified prospects into the appropriate sales calendar based on internal criteria.. Pipeline Management & Follow-Up. Maintain consistent follow-up sequences to improve booking rates and reduce no-shows.. Track all interactions, outcomes, and updates accurately within the CRM.. Monitor daily lead flow and proactively identify bottlenecks or drop-off points.. Collaboration with Sales Team. Align closely with closers on lead quality, objections, and qualification feedback.. Surface recurring patterns, objections, or client concerns to leadership to improve messaging and funnels.. Administrative & Reporting. Update CRM records and spreadsheets with booking status, show rates, and detailed qualification notes.. Report daily and weekly activity and booking metrics to leadership.. Qualifications. Experience. 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, call center, or customer-facing roles.. Direct experience booking calls for high-ticket offers ($5K–$75K) is strongly preferred.. Experience working in coaching, wellness, education, mental health, or transformation-focused organizations is a plus.. Prior experience in KPI-driven environments with daily booking targets.. Familiarity with Slack and ClickUp.. Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy-driven communication style is a must.. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.. Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.. Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously without losing detail or context.. What Success Looks Like. Consistent progress toward daily and weekly call booking targets..
