Support daily operations by ensuring system reliability and quickly resolving user issues. Resolve user issues quickly and effectively. Manage and secure devices, including updates, configurations, and inventory. Maintain and improve endpoint management via MDM tools (e.g. Kandji, Intune). Fix recurring issues by improving existing tools, workflows, and configurations. Identify root causes of repeated problems and eliminate them through process updates. Tune SaaS, identity, and access systems for smoother, more secure operations. Streamline existing workflows to reduce friction and manual work. Design new systems and workflows to support growth and scalability. Build and automate user onboarding, access, and support workflows. Implement new tooling and processes that scale with the organization. Anticipate future needs and create adaptable, forward-looking solutions. About the Role. Qualifications. Experience managing modern SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Airtable. Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining MDM tools to manage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints at scale. Strong general troubleshooting skills to diagnose, identify, and resolve technical issues. Skilled in setting up SSO integrations and provisioning automation using IdPs like Okta. Understanding and experience with domain management maintaining DNS records and updating nameservers. Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, including advanced features such as email routing, DLP policies, and OAuth scopes. Proficiency with low-code and scriptable automation platforms such as Okta Workflows, Zapier, and Retool. Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones, including high-touch executive and technical users. Skills building MDM infrastructure, managing policies and deploying applications to Windows, Mac and Linux devices. Working knowledge of authentication and provisioning protocols such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OAuth. Proficient in administering MSP-like multi-tenant architectures, including delegated access and cross-domain policy control. Nice to haves. Background in enterprise security, including collaboration with security teams to harden SaaS tools and endpoints. Familiarity with AI platforms and their practical application in workflow automation or productivity enhancement. Exposure to cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), or DevOps methodologies. Prior experience at a blockchain company or high-growth startup with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Proficiency in Linux system troubleshooting and MDM deployment workflows. Responsibilities. Own and automate onboarding and offboarding processes, including global laptop procurement. Manage identity and access for full-time employees and contractors, developing scalable workflows for account lifecycle management. Administer identity systems using tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, including SSO, group management, and access policies. Collaborate with HR and Operations to streamline and evolve internal processes for operational efficiency. Serve as the first line of support for IT tickets, resolving Tier 1–2 issues across SaaS platforms, endpoints, and identity systems. Design and deploy automated workflows using Okta Workflows and AI-based Helpdesk tools. Manage macOS endpoints via Kandji, deploying security policies, applications, and scripts to enforce compliance. Onboard and configure SaaS applications in Okta, including access automation via SAML, SCIM, or API integration. Create and maintain clear documentation for end-user support, onboarding guides, and IT runbooks. Provide remote support and basic network troubleshooting for office infrastructure in the EU and US. Support security investigations by exporting logs, identifying anomalies, and delivering insights from IT tooling. Build custom integrations and automation scripts using APIs (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) to support IT workflows and reduce manual ops.
