We celebrate our diversity.. Key Responsibilities. WeTravel is looking to add an exceptional Operations Analyst to support the company in its continued growth.. As the Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end procurement process for new vendor contracts and renewals. This includes partnering with business leaders across the organization to implement and track new and existing software contracts. You will be responsible for advising and approving certain budget items, specifically travel and other employee expenses. You will manage any data deletion requests by third parties and support senior management in other operating activities. Additionally, the operations analyst will conduct business analysis to improve business operations. This includes utilizing business intelligence software (Tableau) and other tools to provide key reporting and insights.. Consolidate existing vendor contracts into a single source of truth. Manage contract renewals. Ensure compliance with company policies for new contracts. Review contracts. Evaluate ROI for software and other tools. Approve travel and other budget requests. Manage data deletion requests. Conduct business analysis to improve operating efficiency. Skills Knowledge and Expertise. Requirements:. Expertise in building frameworks to improve internal processes. History of gathering business requirements and developing reports to business leaders. Experience with contract management and procurement best practices. Ability to reconcile and investigate issues quickly to provide details to key stakeholders. Cross-functional project management experience. Logical thinker with strong attention to detail. Experience reviewing and approving contracts. Ability to implement systems and processes for company-wide planning. Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment. Benefits.
