What we’re looking for:. 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or start up global tech environment. Proven success hiring for roles like Security Engineers, or TPM. Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to building pipelines. Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge and advise hiring managers. Familiar with Boolean sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and Google). Organised, data-driven, and passionate about hiring great people. Self-motivated and comfortable working across different timezones. While we are a globally distributed team, for this role we prefer candidates who are based in a European or Eastern Standard Time zone. .
