OnRamp. is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer who’s passionate about building great products, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to have a big impact.. We’re building the leading customer onboarding platform—automating and scaling what’s traditionally been a messy, manual process. As an early engineer, you’ll work across the stack to ship real features, own systems end-to-end, and have direct impact on customers.. What You’ll Do:. Build features used by real customers every day. Design automation that makes onboarding seamless and scalable. Improve UI/UX across our apps. Ship clean, maintainable code. Collaborate closely with product and design. What We’re Looking For:. 5+ years of full-stack development experience. Strong with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, etc.). Experience with backend development in Node.js and/or Python (Flask, FastAPI). Solid foundation in software engineering principles. Comfortable owning features end-to-end in a startup environment. Must be a US citizen, we are not sponsoring Visas at this time. Bonus Points:. Experience with workflow automation or onboarding tools. Background in early-stage startups.
