Set and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vital Bio’s next-generation diagnostics platform, integrating both hardware and software components.. Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, regulatory submission, manufacturing scale-up, launch, and post-market optimization.. Serve as a pace setter for the organization, establishing and upholding best-in-class product management processes and a culture of excellence.. Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and executive teams to ensure alignment and execution against ambitious goals.. Shepherd new products through regulatory pathways (e.g., FDA 510(k), CLIA waiver), ensuring compliance and successful market entry.. Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and post-market support..
