Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs in Figma. Build and evolve design systems (components, patterns, guidelines) for consistency and scale. Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, not just translate them into design. Design and source brand-aligned visual assets for Marketing (website pages, decks, graphics). . Research. . Lead and execute end-to-end studies—including qualitative interviews, surveys, and usability testing—to create product strategy based on user needs.. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insight from various data sources. Synthesize research into actionable insights and recommendations (decks, narratives, visualizations). . Qualifications:. . 5+ years of product design experience. 2+ years of UX research experience.
