You are a clinical fellow or recent clinical fellowship graduate with formal training in health services research who can translate complex evaluation methods into clear, actionable guidance for a variety of organizational leaders. You combine strong quantitative skills with an ability to explain technical concepts in plain language for non-research audiences. You are energized by working directly with payers, health systems and community organizations to build evaluation capacity and use evidence to secure funding, improve programs, and inform policy.. . What You’ll Do. . You will help organizations across the country demonstrate the impact of CHW programs, strengthen evidence for sustainable funding, and translate rigorous research into practical improvements that benefit patients with complex medical and social needs. This role offers hands-on evaluation experience, opportunities to shape national practice, and the chance to mentor partners in building lasting evaluation capacity.. . As an Evaluation Consultant, you will partner with health systems and community-based organizations nationwide to design, implement, and interpret rigorous evaluations of Community Health Worker (CHW) programs implemented using the evidence-based IMPaCT model. . . Advise partner organizations on their evaluation strategy: co-create evaluation questions, select appropriate study designs (retrospective analyses, RCTs, quasi-experimental approaches, mixed methods), and recommend pragmatic tradeoffs to fit organizational capacity.. Help design analytic plans: help organizations develop statistical approaches (e.g., multivariable regression, propensity score methods, diff-in-diff) and analytic plans for evaluating their CHW programs.. Support data collection and measurement: help define outcomes and covariates, design surveys and data capture tools, and advise on EHR and administrative data extraction.. Build partner capacity: train staff on evaluation basics, data interpretation, and continuous quality improvement.. Support dissemination: help prepare evaluation sections for grants, reports, blogs, and presentations for stakeholders.. . This is a part-time position, expected to require 5-10 hours of work per week from July through October 2025. . . Qualifications. . Required. . Clinical fellowship trainee or recent fellowship graduate with formal training in health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a closely related field.. Clinical experience caring for patients with complex medical and social needs.. Demonstrated technical fluency with evaluation methods including multivariable regression, randomized controlled trials, propensity score methods, difference-in-differences, and similar approaches.. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of translating technical findings for a range of audiences (e.g., executives, program managers, and frontline staff).. Collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse stakeholders across sectors (health systems, payers, community-based organizations, and/or public health programs). . Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.. . Preferred. . Experience conducting quantitative analyses using R, Stata, SAS, or Python..
