(WEB/UI/UX) . with proven SaaS and AdTech experience who can deliver pixel-perfect, dev-ready designs for complex dashboards, reporting environments, and feature-rich B2B interfaces.. This role is initially project-based with a clear and ambitious objective: implement already defined UX/UI designs and roll out the new look and feel consistently across the entire platform within . 3 months. . This includes Publisher, Merchant, reporting, dashboards, configuration screens, and supporting modules.. After successful completion, there is an opportunity to move into a fixed contract, either remote or based in Dubai.. We are explicitly looking for an experienced individual designer. Platform-wide UX/UI rollout (3-month project focus). Implement the already defined UX/UI direction across all screens of the platform. The visual language and design principles are established. Your responsibility is to execute them with precision and consistency across dozens of screens and workflows.. Pixel-perfect, dev-ready design. All designs must be pixel perfect and production ready. We work directly from Figma into development. This requires exact spacing, typography systems, grid discipline, component states, responsive behaviour, and full interaction definitions. Engineering should be able to build without reinterpretation.. SaaS dashboards and reporting environments. Design and refine dashboards, tables, filters, data views, configuration screens, and real-time reporting interfaces. You must be able to structure dense datasets and analytical flows into intuitive, efficient interfaces.. Web and App design. Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for Web (desktop, tablet, mobile) and App environments.. Wireframes to high-fidelity delivery. Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity and dev-ready designs in Figma that align with business objectives and data-driven insights.. Component library and design system discipline. Contribute to and maintain UI component libraries and scalable design systems to ensure platform-wide consistency.. Micro-interactions and motion. Apply motion design and micro-interactions where relevant to enhance usability and real-time engagement, especially in data-driven contexts.. A/B testing and experimentation. Integrate A/B testing into the design process and iterate based on measurable results.. Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and product specialists as part of the main platform design team. Support implementation, QA, and delivery.. Your profile. 👤. Senior-level experience (required). Minimum 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, preferably within SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, performance marketing, or other data-heavy B2B platforms.. Strong portfolio (required). A strong portfolio showcasing successful UI product design projects in AdTech or related industries, with clear examples of real-time data visualization, dashboards, component systems, and dev-ready handoff. We will thoroughly evaluate this.. Proven SaaS dashboard expertise. Deep understanding of analytical interfaces, reporting environments, tables, filters, and KPI-driven design.. User-centered design expertise. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.. Exceptional visual design skills. Expertise in typography, color systems, layout, grid structures, and visual hierarchy, particularly in the context of data representation.. Design system and component experience. Experience developing and scaling UI component libraries.. Figma proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, structured documentation, and precise handoff practices.. High precision and output discipline. Ability to execute a large-scale UI rollout within a fixed 3-month timeline while maintaining a high quality bar.. AdTech knowledge. Strong understanding of online advertising workflows. Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus.. Compensation. Salary range: . USD 3,500 – USD 5,000 per month. , depending on experience.
