Your first priority will be designing the UX for a new AI-powered content publishing system. From there, you’ll improve flows across the platform — forms, dashboards, task management, content planning, and more.. What You’ll Be Doing:. . Designing user flows and UX wireframes for internal product features. . Building reusable components and lightweight design systems in Figma. . Working directly with developers to ensure clean handoff and scalable layouts. . Auditing and improving current platform flows to reduce friction. . Leading UX for both new features and refactoring of older ones. . Thinking about user needs first — always. . What We’re Looking For:. . 3+ years of UX design experience in SaaS or complex web apps. . Strong skills in Figma (wireframes, components, systems). . Excellent understanding of usability, user flows, and system logic. . Comfortable designing for edge cases, onboarding, and clarity. . Can overlap 4+ hours with US Eastern Time. . Great communication (async via Slack, Loom, Notion). . Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):. . Experience working on CRMs or agency tools. .
