I have been trolling, browsing and secretly loving Dribbble for years. "Just wait till I get my hands on one of these amazing designers", I thought. "The things we can do together!". So now, the time has come to post a job. We are a pretty cool little company. All remote. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and we have some really cool customers, that I think you'll really like. We work with over 50,000 venture funded startups who use our products, as well as some of the largest banks, private equity firms and venture capital firms. To date, we have built a marketplace, where we offer startups access to deals and discounts. Howwever, our next version is a lot more ambitious. We want to make it easy for companies to SELL to each other. Sell products, services, tools, software, everything that makes the web tick. . Your job, will be to make our clunky old designs into something magical...you will help our users, who are, just like all of us, trying to do a thousand things on the web. We want to make our process so simple, so easy, its like clicking one button, and all the work is done for them. . We want to turn the mundane into magic. Turn the process of connecting buyers and sellers into a beautiful experience, that is great for both buyers and sellers. Like they were making beautiful pies in the kitchen together... but without all the messy flour. . You get the picture... anyway, here's the job description stuff, written by my Head of Product, and with a little help from our friend, Chat GPT. . We seek an incredibly user-centric UX/UI Lead to own and elevate our product experience end-to-end.. You will:Define & champion the UX strategy—step into users’ shoes, map journeys, and remove friction.Prototype & deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma (wireframes → interactive mockups → developer-ready specs).. Collaborate across teams—translate business and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.. Motivate user action—apply behavioral insights to guide feature adoption and engagement.Validate with real users—plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and iterate rapidly.. Key Responsibilities:- UX Leadership: Set design principles and patterns; own customer journey and ensure consistency.- User Research & Testing: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights (analytics, session replays, interviews) to inform design decisions.- Prototyping & Documentation:. Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, style guides, and hand-off documentation in Figma.- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to align on requirements and feasible solutions.- Continuous Improvement:. Monitor user engagement metrics; iterate designs to optimize conversion, retention, and satisfaction.. Must-Have Qualifications- 5+ years in UX/UI design for SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership- Expert proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries)- Strong grasp of UX methodologies (journey mapping, usability testing, A/B testing)- Ability to synthesize data (Google Analytics, Clarity) and user feedback into actionable designs- Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting rationale to non-design stakeholders- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in user engagement.
