Responsibilities:. . Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. . Collaborate with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective design solution. . Create and optimize user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for various screen sizes and use cases. . Ensure high design quality through usability testing, feedback sessions, and adherence to design best practices and standards. . Work on integrating design systems, UI libraries, and brand guidelines into the product design process. . Identify and resolve UX pain points, inconsistencies, and accessibility issues within the product. . Implement user-centric and accessibility best practices, including WCAG compliance, color contrast, and interaction patterns. . Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of design assets. . Diagnose and iterate on usability issues based on analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing result. . Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog reviews, and retrospectives, to align design work with team goals.. .
