Use Beam Ventures’ and the Accelerator’s existing visual language as a foundation, developing it further across new assets, channels, and experiences. . Fundraising Materials:. Design clean, compelling investor decks, one-pagers, and branded PDFs for external outreach. . Presentation & Document Design:. Lead the day-to-day creation of visually polished internal and external documents. . Accelerator Experience Design:. Shape how the Beam Ventures Accelerator looks and feels—online and offline. This includes application flows, onboarding kits, mentor materials, and branded communications. . Online Presence:. Design assets and visual content for the web, social channels, and digital campaigns to attract top-tier startups and partners. . Visual Consistency:. Ensure brand cohesion across all touchpoints, drawing on Beam’s central design team as needed. . You’re a Great Fit If You. . Have a portfolio showing strong layout, visual storytelling, and presentation design. . Are comfortable working with existing design systems—and know how to adapt, scale, and evolve them independently. .
