Own end-to-end product design in Figma: wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes.. . Run lightweight UX research (user interviews, quick usability tests, competitor audits).. . Maintain and evolve our Design System (typography, components, iconography).. . Pair closely with Ruby on Rails engineers to implement your views flawlessly.. . Prototype micro-interactions and animations that make merchants smile.. . Must-Haves. . 2+ years designing digital products (SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B apps).. . Portfolio on Behance or Dribbble that shows clear UX thinking and polished UI.. . Deep Figma expertise (Auto Layout, variables, interactive components, prototyping).. . Product-led mindset: you prioritize business impact over pixel-perfect for its own sake.. . Excellent written communication in English (Spanish is a plus, not a must).. . Nice-to-Haves. . Motion design skills (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects, Lottie, etc.).. . Basic Ruby on Rails / ERB knowledge to tweak views, layouts, and assets.. .
