You will work directly with the founders and see your creative tied to real-time performance metrics.. What You Will Own. . Amazon creative – main images, A+ content, brand store assets, comparison charts. . . DTC funnels – landing pages, split-test variants, email headers, paid-ad creatives for Meta and TikTok. . . Packaging & inserts – labels, shipper boxes, unboxing collateral that compels UGC. . . Brand stewardship – expand style guides, refine typography, color systems, iconography. . . Rapid iteration – prioritize and deliver multiple projects on overlapping timelines. . . Must-Have Skills. . 4+ years in product or marketing design for supplements, cosmetics, or CPG. . . Mastery of Adobe CC and Figma. . . Proven understanding of direct-response principles. . . Obsession with typography, color, and layout that jump off crowded marketplaces. . . Comfortable making design calls from A/B data. . . Work cadence overlapping at least four hours with US Eastern time.. . Awareness of current market trends. . Fully immersed in the creative side of ecommerce . . Nice-to-Haves. . Motion graphics for short-form video ads. . . Basic 3D rendering for photorealistic scenes. . . Experience codifying brand guidelines into Canva for non-design teammates. . . Tool Stack. Slack, WhatsApp, Figma, Google Workspace.. Compensation. . USD 2 000 – 3 000 net per month. .
