You’ll lead high-impact design projects for some of the most exciting companies in the world — from early brand foundations to large-scale web systems.. We meet in person twice a year in places like Greece, Barcelona, or Miami.. Responsibilities. . Own web and brand design from first principles to polished execution. . Translate strategy into powerful, scalable design systems. . Work cross-functionally in Figma, Notion, and Framer. . Lead exploration, direction setting, and refinement. . . Uphold design quality and contribute to studio culture. . . . Qualifications. . 5+ years in web and brand design — ideally in agency or B2B SaaS. . Portfolio of exceptional digital work across brand and web. . Expert-level in Figma and web UI best practices. . Bonus: Framer, motion design, Rive, After Effects, or illustration. . Experience leading projects from scratch and designing in systems. . Thoughtful communicator and team collaborator. . Must be Canadian citizen or passport holder (required). .
