We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong UX focus to lead the design of an engaging, sticky, and habit-forming mobile experience. Your mission will be to craft a seamless user journey that drives engagement, retention, and long-term user habits. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral design, gamification, and motivation psychology to create an experience that keeps users coming back. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Apply behavioral psychology, motivation models, and gamification techniques to encourage daily app usage. . . Shape user journeys from onboarding to long-term engagement, ensuring the product fosters stickiness. . . Develop intuitive, rewarding, and engaging onboarding experiences that increase activation rates and user retention. . . Analyze user behavior, pain points, and motivations through usability studies, heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics tools. . . Ensure a smooth, frictionless, and delightful experience across all interactions. . . Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs . . Work closely with product managers and engineers to test and iterate on design improvements. . . Continuously research best practices in habit-forming apps, gamification, and engagement-driven UX. Qualifications: . . 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record of designing habit-forming digital products. . . Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategies that improve engagement and retention. . . Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. . . Deep understanding of cognitive psychology, motivation, and behavioral design frameworks. . . Experience working on mobile-first products, optimizing for usability, stickiness, and conversion. . . Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions. . . Excellent collaboration and communication skills—able to present and justify design decisions backed by research. . . Preferred Qualifications: . . Familiarity with gamification techniques. . . Experience in A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and UX experimentation. . . Background in startups or early-stage product teams. . . Basic understanding of front-end development to collaborate effectively with engineers.. . .
