We are looking for a creative who loves working on variety of projects. This is a contract position requiring 20-30 hours per week over the next 2-3 months to start with. Qualifications. . 4-7 years of startup or agency experience.. . . You’re a visual. brand and web design master. . You know how to make things look beautiful and know your craft.. . . . You know how to build out design systems and brand guidelines.. . Strong visual design skills with proficiency in relevant software (Figma and motion design software). - Proven skill in creating designs that are thoughtfully created with purpose.. . Huge plus if you have experience working on motion redesign.. . You’re adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and can adapt on the fly.. . Strong understanding of designing brands with the ability to handle high-volume output while maintaining consistency across designs.. . .
