Key Responsibilities. Design (Static + Interactive). . . Create high-impact social media assets including:. . . LinkedIn/Instagram carousels (e.g., 5-slide educational posts). . Paid social ad graphics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). . Web banners and blog thumbnails. . . . . Design long-form marketing collateral:. . . Infographics (e.g., timeline style, ~800x2000px). . PDF guides and eBooks (multi-page A4 layout, branded). . . . Translate brand guidelines into clear, consistent visuals across all campaign elements.. . Video & Motion. . . Storyboard, edit, and produce short-form videos:. . . Client testimonial videos (60–90 secs). . Motion graphic clips to visualise stats or concepts. . . . Add subtitles, transitions, brand overlays and CTA bumpers optimised for social viewing.. . Maintain brand consistency across motion and static output.. . Web & Landing Page Design. . . Requirements. . 3+ years in a creative or marketing design role, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.. . Strong portfolio spanning social creative, digital assets, video content and web design.. . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).. . Familiarity with Figma or similar design collaboration tools.. . Working knowledge of basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and CMS tools (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot).. . Ability to take a marketing brief and own execution end-to-end, managing timelines and feedback loops independently.. .
