As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll own the creation of high-converting, on-brand marketing assets for both Mirasee and select agency clients. You’ll ensure everything we ship is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and designed to perform.. You will:. . . Design marketing assets such as:. . . Webinar registration pages. . Sales pages. . E-books and lead magnets. . Campaign and social media visuals. . . . Work within and evolve a reusable system of templates and components. . Communicate clearly with project managers and clients to understand goals. . Ensure consistent quality, responsive design, and user-focused hierarchy. . Own your timelines, QA process, and feedback implementation. . Adapt designs based on testing data and business outcomes. . Who We're Looking For. You’re not a pixel-pusher. You think in systems, not one-offs, and you bring an existing toolkit of templates and components you know work.. ✅ 5+ years of experience in digital design (web, conversion, marketing). ✅ Proven ability to create and own design systems and templates. ✅ Strong understanding of brand expression and visual hierarchy. ✅ Conversion-aware approach (you think CTA-first, not just pretty). ✅ Attention to detail with a strong self-QA mindset. ✅ Proactive communicator who respects deadlines and collaborates well. ✅ Required: Proficient in Figma (our primary design system tool). .
