(Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to extend ideation and streamline workflows—while maintaining high visual standards. . Use . Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma. to craft polished, on-brand assets across formats. . Develop presentation decks and creative toolkits that bring strategic ideas to life. . Maintain a strong sense of . visual consistency, storytelling, and creative innovation. . Mentor junior creatives or collaborate with agencies or contractors as needed. . Required Qualifications:. . 8+ years. of experience in design, art direction, or creative leadership—preferably in . retail, grocery, CPG, or convenience environments. . Deep fluency in . Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. . Strong working knowledge of . AI creative tools. such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, and ChatGPT. . Video editing experience using . CapCut. , Adobe Premiere, or similar tools. . Demonstrated ability to . build a brand from scratch or lead a rebrand initiative. . Strong portfolio featuring a wide range of . non-AI creative work. , especially in print, digital, and retail spaces.. .
