A political consulting firm that specializes in direct mail in need of a Graphic Designer with experience in print design. We are looking to bring a Graphic Designer in house as we prepare for future election cycles. Our firm mostly works with conservative members from the federal level all the way down to local races.. At our firm, projects move at a very quick pace. Edits are constant and we need a designer who is prepared to be flexible, answering emails from early in the morning to later in the evening, and very quick, turning around a first draft for new pieces in no more than twenty-four hours and turning around edits on ongoing projects within four hours.. Our firm has a reputation for continuously creating original content, so we are looking for a designer who is creative, intuitive, and able to create and work on multiple pieces at once without the design of those individual pieces overlapping. We are constantly striving to create new and intriguing work products, so we need a designer who will be able to help us stand out.. Responsibilities:. Design Creation: Design mail pieces, postcards, flyers, posters, digital ads, and other political campaign materials that are on-brand, on-message, and optimized for maximum impact.. Campaign Collaboration: Work with the account executives to translate political messaging and strategies into creative designs that resonate with specific voter demographics.. Visual Communication: Ensure that all designs align with the campaign’s objectives, delivering clear and persuasive messages through your design choices (e.g., typography, imagery, color schemes).. Revisions & Feedback: Take client and internal feedback to refine designs and make necessary revisions in a timely manner. Be flexible and open to adjusting designs based on feedback from clients and/or account executives.. File Preparation: Prepare final design files for print and digital production, ensuring all materials meet technical specifications and are print-ready (bleeds, resolution, color profiles, etc.).. Asset Creation: Assist in creating additional campaign assets, such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and other digital content.. Maintain Brand Standards: Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs, maintaining the integrity of the campaign’s visual identity.. Timely Delivery: Ensure all revisions are completed in a timely manner, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.. Requirements & Qualifications . 1-3 Years Experience in Print Design. . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). . . Experience with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Gmail). . . Strong creative, problem-solving, and time management skills. . . Interest in politics is preferred but not required. . . Must submit a portfolio or examples of work.. .
