We’re looking for a talented & creative Web Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites for corporate or professional service firms. You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, and project managers to create visually compelling and user-focused websites that meet our clients’ business objectives.. We are looking for not just the ability to create designs that follow general UX principles but also bring a sense of updated modern taste making effective use of background, branding, hierarchy & especially small details that really strike a strong design.. Key Responsibilities:. . Design responsive, accessible, and user-centric websites for law firms, consultancies, and other corporate clients. . Translate brand strategy and messaging into strong visual identities and UI systems. . Ensure designs align with industry best practices in UX, accessibility, and SEO. . Requirements:. . 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites, ideally for law firms, corporate clients, or professional services. . Strong portfolio showcasing not only clean, modern, and purposeful design but designs that have strong details for branding. . Proficient in Figma (preferred). . Solid understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility standards. . Excellent communication and presentation skills. . Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback from clients and team members. . North America/EU only at this time & must have at least 4 hours of overlap with North American business hours (EST/PST). . Nice-to-Haves:. . Familiarity with Wordpress sites. .
