You know how to make things look beautiful and know your craft. . . You know how to build out design systems and brand guidelines. - Strong visual design skills with proficiency in relevant software (Figma and motion design software). . . Proven skill in creating designs that are thoughtfully created with purpose. . . Huge plus if you have experience working on brand redesigns. . . You’re adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and can adapt on the fly. . . Strong understanding of designing brands with the ability to handle high-volume output while maintaining consistency across designs. . . .
