We are an international boutique agency focused on branding, Figma based web design, and Webflow development. We are hiring a full time designer who can own brand identity work and high-end website design.. Key Responsibilities. Develop brand identities from strategy to final delivery. Design award-winning websites in Figma. Collaborate with the team. Create marketing collateral such as social posts, pitch decks, and event visuals. Work in close contact with clients in Slack and present your work in English. Give and receive structured feedback and push for high craft. What We Are Looking For. Strong portfolio that shows brand identities and modern websites. Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC. Clear visual taste, layout skills, and typography knowledge. Experience working with design systems and reusable components. English at C1 level or higher. Self management, ownership, and attention to detail. Nice to have. Webflow handoff familiarity.
