We are looking for pragmatic designers with:. empathy for users,. a deep understanding of the software we build and our clients' businesses,. an eye for high-quality designs for mobile apps, web apps, and marketing websites using Figma,. be able to build and maintain design systems, including components, to ensure consistency across projects,. ability to participate in short check-in meetings Monday through Thursday,. Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.. Requirements. You should have:. Proven experience as a Creative Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.. Expertise in Figma, including design systems and components.. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.. Strong attention to detail and a portfolio showcasing high-quality digital product design.. good communication skills in English and a location in North America.
