Design with Purpose:. Craft intuitive, beautiful interfaces for our SaaS economic development platform that help small business program managers work more effectively and drive real community impact. Own the Design Process: . Lead design from concept to launch, working closely with our Product Owner and Technology team to bring your vision to life. Understand Our Users: . Partner with our Customer Experience team to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of economic development professionals. Evolve Our Design Language:. Build upon and enhance our existing design style, ensuring consistency while pushing boundaries for what economic development software can be. Data-Driven Design:. Use KPIs and user feedback to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: . You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:. 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of designing successful SaaS platforms. Solo design experience. - you're comfortable being the design voice and driving projects independently. B2B SaaS expertise. - you understand complex workflows and how to make them simple and intuitive. User-centered approach. - you seek to understand customer needs first, then explore and advocate for the strongest solutions. Systems thinking . - you can work within existing design styles while thoughtfully evolving them.
