In this role, design is a conversion lever. Your work will live where it matters most: landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ad creative.. You'll collaborate across three teams — working with the . performance creative team. on static ad assets, the . eCommerce team. on landing pages and website design, and the . retention team. on email creative. You'll need to move fluidly between brand-consistent execution and performance-driven iteration, sometimes in the same day.. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for layout and hierarchy, understands how UX principles drive conversion, and can produce high-quality work at volume without sacrificing craft.. What You'll Own. Landing Pages & Website. Design conversion-optimized landing pages, PDPs, and funnel pages in close collaboration with the eCommerce team. Apply UX best practices to page layouts — hierarchy, flow, friction reduction, and mobile-first thinking. Translate briefs and wireframes into polished, production-ready designs. Support CRO testing by designing page variants and modular section treatments. Email Creative. Design high-performing email templates for promotional, retention, and post-purchase flows. Work with the retention team to develop modular email systems that can be assembled and iterated quickly. Balance brand aesthetics with inbox-optimized layouts (legibility, CTA clarity, mobile rendering). Ad Creative & Social. Produce static ad creative for Meta, Pinterest, and other paid channels. Design social content, brand assets, and miscellaneous creative across both brands. Contribute to and maintain brand style guides, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for multi-platform deployment. Requirements. 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a DTC brand or performance-focused agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating landing page design, email creative, and digital ad assets. Proficiency in Figma (required); Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator (required); After Effects a plus. Working knowledge of UX principles as they apply to eCommerce and conversion design. Understanding of email design constraints — mobile rendering, CTA hierarchy, modular layouts. Ability to produce multiple variations and iterations quickly without losing quality. Strong visual instincts for typography, layout, and color — and the ability to articulate design decisions. Comfortable working across multiple brands with distinct visual identities. Receptive to direct, specific feedback and able to incorporate it fast. Nice to Haves. Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar ESP — enough to understand how email designs get built out. Experience designing for A/B testing environments (page variants, modular sections, ad iterations). Motion or GIF experience for email and ad creative. Exposure to Shopify storefronts or similar eCommerce platforms. An eye for direct response — you understand why above-the-fold layout and CTA placement matter. What to Expect.
