What You Will Do. • Own the product design process, from understanding business challenges and user needs to delivering exceptional UX/UI and functional product experiences.. • Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and AI agents to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on product solutions.. • Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, polished, and scalable solutions.. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and product analytics to inform decisions and improve product performance.. • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.. • Contribute to the development of internal AI tools, agents, and workflows that enhance our design and building capabilities.. What We Are Looking For. • . 5 to 10 years of product design experience. , preferably with complex B2B SaaS platforms, demonstrating exceptional UX/UI, visual design, and strong product thinking.. • . Advanced AI building capabilities. , with hands on experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to create functional prototypes and digital products, including vibe coding and MCP integrations.. • .
