Provide professional and efficient customer support via live chat and email.. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical issues, payments, withdrawals, bonuses, and promotional offers.. Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.. Maintain a strong understanding of iGaming products, platform features, terms and conditions, and promotional campaigns.. Conduct initial investigations into customer inquiries and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments..
