As our Contract / Legal Expert, you will own commercial contracting for SCG, ensuring pragmatic and compliant templates and negotiations across NL/DE. This role is pivotal in establishing robust legal frameworks and supporting our operational efficiency.. . Key Outcomes & KPIs (first 12 months):. Template Development – Complete key commercial templates (MSA, SoW, DPA, Partner, SLA) within 60–90 days.. Process Optimization – Reduce contract cycle time by ≥20% within 6 months.. Compliance Assurance – Ensure no material contract compliance issues are found during audits.. Responsibilities:. Contract Management – Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; manage redlines and develop playbooks.. Legal Advisory – Advise on Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Intellectual Property (IP), liability, warranties, and regulatory posture.. External Coordination – Coordinate effectively with external counsel when required.. . Requirements – Must Have:. 5+ years commercial contracting (tech/SaaS or engineering).. Working knowledge of NL and/or DE law. English fluency. German fluency. Business-enabling risk posture.. . Requirements – Nice to Have:. Privacy/cyber (GDPR, ISO 27001).
